First you'll sign up and check out. Once you've created an account, you'll answer our style questionnaire so that we get a sense of your style needs. We'll start sending you items within 10 business days. You can skip a month, pause, or cancel any time!

You can update your Style Profile any time by logging into your account.

We only ship Grade A items, which means they're in excellent condition. Some items will even be new with tags.

We'll include a wide mix of brands based on our inventory including: J.Crew, Banana Republic, Anthropolgie & Urban Outfitters brands, Lilly Pulitzer, GAP, Diane von Furstenberg, and many more. We can't guarantee any specific brands will be included in your mix. If you receive something you don't like, be sure to give us feedback!

We are sorry to hear it! We try our best to get you items we think you'll love. If you receive something that you don't love, you can send it back to recirculation within the Kitt community.

If something goes wrong and you receive an item that is damaged or defective in some way, please send us a message with photos to help@kitted.ai so we can fix it in your next shipment!
